This is a Town of
Smithtown Park. 300 feet of Smithtown Bay shoreline just west
of Sunken Meadow.
Barely enough cover to hide
anything. Did manage to find a spot on the south side. Parking is
for Smithtown residents only although you can keep the engine
running for this one.
The issues you will face are natures barbed wire; a fairly steep,
overgrown 30 foot hill climb and lots of people (in season). Your
parked car will give you a little cover from the last problem.
Cannot give you much help on the first two.
Cache is fairly visible but well protected.
Container is a large Lock & Lock with the usual swag and log
book/pen.
As usual rehide or in this case reprotect better than you find
it.
