Those that have found other Nomad puzzle caches in the past, know that I love ciphers, and encryption algorithms. Maybe because I'm a software engineer and general geek. Or, maybe because I love the idea of hiding information in plain sight.
Regardless, the following is encrypted with a fun little algorithm. Your job is two-fold:
1- Figure out the encryption algorithm.
2- Figure out the encryption key.
Here's the important things you should know:
a- There is no need to install any software on your machine to decrypt the message. You can find what you need by making judicious use of a good search engine.
b- The encryption key is somewhere on this cache page.
c- The decrypted information is totally deterministic. When you get it, you will positively know you have it.
d- The code must be presented to the decryption tool ALL ON ONE LINE. Failure to do this will result in a garbled message.
