Middletown Bike Trail #7 (Rough Terrain)
This is a Kids friendly cache with goodies. This is the 3rd in a 2nd series of Geocaches hidden along the Middletown Bike Trail by my 6 year old son and me. This second series of caches includes Middletown Bike Trail 5, 6, and 7. This trial is a composite of sand/gravel and rough trail. I would suggest walking this cache/series, or riding some type of trail or hybrid bike (a road bike may not work well). I would also suggest doing this cache/series when it is dry. The trail gets pretty sloppy after it has rained. You should park at the Trail Entrance located at the intersection of Carmody Blvd & Germantown Road in Middletown, Ohio (N 39 32.314, W084 22.959) – it is close to the Middletown airport.
Side Note: Follow the path next to the river after you find Middletown Bike Trail #6. This path is rough with lots of debris. If riding a bike, you may decide to walk.
