This park is a very active park. This is a high muggle area and you must use stealth or risk this cache being destroyed. You should scout it out and decide if you can attempt it without risking the cache. Tying your shoe, petting an animal, etc are some tricks to use at the cache site. If you have a favorite stealth technique post it here!
Here are a few to get you started thinking:
Use a bible cover with a hollowed out book. Place your GPS in the cavity and read and walk!
Take a measuring tape and pretend to measure stuff.
Take a baby stroller with a canopy and put the GPS in the canopy. Push and follow the GPS!
Fold up a newspaper and put the GPS in it.
Take a camera and tripod and use the GPS like a light meter.
Carry a trash bag and pick up trash while following the GPS.
Carry a clipboard, a pencil behind your ear and "talk" on your GPS.
