Mini~Me aka Banshee Q: We placed this cache to help on the DeLorme Challenge. When we placed it we had to get special approval for it, since it was so far from the house. So it has come to the time of pulling it. There has been another cache placed in Section 13 to assist other cachers to claim this section.
