This is only a short walk off the road after parking on a side road, although is its a hike that you will need to watch the kids. Be careful of your steps.
This is on a beautiful spot of the Owyhee River on the way to the dam. This is an area where you can easily pull of the road on one of the small side roads going into the hills. Once parked it is only a short hike. Watch the kids because there are a number of small hills and cliffs with many small caves. Great spot for exploring and seeing wild life and a great view from the cache. Big enough container to pick up some cool stuff in. Started with travel bug and sunglasses along with lots of other odds and ends.
