Ever since my very first cache near here was muggled I've wanted to hide another one in this area. Just about any time of year this is a busy spot with an off-leash area starting near the cache and the walking bridge as well. It has disappeared threetimes so it has been changed from a small to a micro and moved a bit to try and keep it going. Enjoy the view of downtown, river valley (or the water treatment plant). Note: Construction of stairs is now complete and it has affected the access to the cache somewhat. The cache is west of the stairs and the space between the stairs and ground zero is in the process of being remediated so please don't head to the cache directly from the stairs. A good direction is from below but there is a way from above involving bushwacking.
