A small roadside cache hidden on the edge of a large flat valley on the road (R58) between Aliwal North and Lady Grey – the hiding place is chosen for the magnificent view over the valley and the Witteberg Mountains (foothills of the Drakensberg Mountains) in the distance.
You will be looking for a small 0.3l container with the usual goodies hidden near the road – be careful for traffic on the R58 as this road can be quite busy – safe parking is available a little way off, park there and take a short hike to the cache. No need to go over any fences!
