Welcome to the Crystal City cache. The cache is easy to find,
but may take some waiting to be able to actually get your hands on
it.
With the high muggle factor the difficulty increases.
This spot is at times smothered in muggles. However, other times
like tonight I was the only person to be found.
I would suggest this as a night time search, no light required,
will have to just feel your way. It will make more sense when you
get here.
It is available all the time but when the sun goes to sleep as do
the muggles.
