Park in Ross Dam car park, follow track to viewing platform.
The viewing platform is for viewing the work on the spillway. Continue on past the platform along the track. Cache is a PVC pipe black in colour and contains, tape measure, hex key set, bucket hat, teddy bear and the usual stuff. Muggle activity is quite high at times.
