The 2nd Durham Meet will be held this year at The Travellers Rest, Witton Gilbert, Co. Durham DH7 6TQ. On Sunday 16th July 2006
I have booked the conservatory and the outside garden area for ourselves from 1pm until about 5pm
A buffet will be available for the price of £3.00 per person, the buffet has been booked for 60 people so will be on a first come first served basis, all cheques to be made payable to us, preferably 1 week before.
Again this year we will be having a raffle, tombola and a quiz (any donations of prizes would be gratefully accepted)and I will be providing name tags and certificates to all who let me know they will be attending.
Come along and enjoy a drink and a chat and something to eat, and hopefully do a bit of caching, if it's anything like last year your in for a great day.
