How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Container the size of a earplug holder. Just enough room for a log.

The ideals of Boy Scouting are spelled out in the Scout Oath, the Scout Law, the Scout motto, and the Scout slogan.

A few tasks to become a Tenderfoot.
1) Repeat from memory and explain in your own words the Scout Oath, Law, motto, and slogan.

2) Demonstrate the Heimlich maneuver and tell when it is used.

3) Demonstrate how to display, raise, lower, and fold the American flag.

About the Cache:
The container holds Scout pins and coins.
A Scout would earn this rank after the rank of Scout. After Scout & Tenderfoot rank, be on the lookout for the next rank which is Second Class. This cache is the second in a series: A Tribute to Boy Scouts. You will be advancing in rank to Eagle Scout. Along the way you will be learning facts about the Boy Scouts and those who participate in it.
Brought to you by the Sunday Morning Crew. Enjoy.
