Geocache Description:

This is an offset cache. The above co-ordinates are for a car park in Fillongley. The cache is situated on a short walk along a public footpath. The parking is limited, but further parking is available at a local pub, co-ordinates are listed.

From the car park you must go into the churchyard of St Mary and All Saints Church. Here you must work out the following clues to obtain the co-ordinates for the cache.

N = 52 AB.CDE W = 001 FG.3H2

F - The ninth number of the vicars telephone number

G - The sixth number of the vicars telephone number

E - George Cross Jr died __of April 1835

B - William Johnson died March 4th 1__05

A - Ronald Henry Ensor was born 3.3.19__4

C - John Edward Andrews was born 191__

D - Joesph Howard died July __0th

H - Age of Sarah Louisa Boddington, who died March 29th 1883

Once you work out the clues the cache is a short walk away. You must take into account that theroad you must cross and walk along towards the church is very busy. The footpaths are very small in places. The site around where the cache is hidden may be covered in stinging nettles and so care must be taken. It also involves crossing a small stream and the ground can be extremely boggy, wellies or walking boots are a must!!

The site is on an old castle ruin. The cache is a green 1 litre container, inside was: -Game of Snap -Kids puzzle -Whistle -Bacardi Car Keyring -Small scarrab beetle made from Alabaster stone from Egypt -Log book and Pencil - Please leave
