To smoke or not to smoke....that's up to you. This cache get's it's name because it is in a plastic tobacco container.
My sister knows a lady that rolls her own cigarettes. This means she has some old plastic, moisture sealed containers that I can grab and plant caches in!
Well, she must smoke a LOT....my sister sent me about 20 of them!
