The cache is out on dirt roads that can be very muddy and slick if a little wet. There can be big ruts so drive carefully.
The original Gnome's Adit was burned by a range fire and was rebuilt. It isn't too far from the original location but has new coordinates so is a new listing.
This stash of golden treasures is hidden beneath the shadows of a mine owned by one of the world's largest gold producers. The Gold Quarry Mine Site is located to the north where you can see some of the magnificent mine workings. It's private property up there so be sure to admire it from a distance. Hike around and enjoy the serene landscape of the Mary's Wash area.
