Rana Pirica: I'd left this one because people were still finding it despite being temporarily disabled, in the hope that the cache owner would enable the listing and maintain the cache. Unfortunately, the cache owner has not been on-line in over a year, and the cache still has reported maintenance problems, so I'm going to archive at this time.
