Geocache Description:

This is a two stage multi-cache located in a high Muggle area. Find the first part and get the coordinates to the second half.

The first stage has historical value as you will see. The second stage is just a plain old cache hiding in all the regular old places that people out a cache. The cache itself is wrapped in camo to make it a bit harder to find, but you should have little problem finding it.
