Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the Bill Keer Trail. Parking is near the trailhead at N35 33.153 W121 05.262 (near the corner of Amherst Pl. & Trenton Ave)
A nice walk through the woods with a lot of different trails and downed trees. In the wooded area there is lots of poison oak and wild berry vines growing, so I have included a picture to show the difference between the two.

From the trailhead, as you approach the first fork, take the trail to your right to reach the cache. The cache is hidden in a cammoed Army first aid container. Added is a spoiler picture because GPS might bounce due to tree cover. Please re-hide as found to avoid being seen next to the trail. Small trade items only.

You can continue on to Doc’s Cache III (GCH3JW) which I recommend be approached from the ocean side.

For more fun, continue on to Ranch Hands 2003 (GCVNEP) where you will enjoy a nice rest with beautiful ocean views. From there, continue down the grassy hill to Mini Tree By The Sea (GCTERT). These caches are mostly downhill for an easy walk from the woods to the sea.

These caches may also be found from the ocean side.
Park at the end of Windsor Blvd. (N35 33.371 W121 06.149) and enjoy a walk on the boardwalk and mostly uphill to the Bill Keer trail. Terrain rating from the ocean is 2.5
