Located in Blue Quill Estates.
The cache is in an area with a playground for the kids, lots of open space to play, and soccer nets. The container is a little bigger than a film canister with room for a few very small items. In it is a tiny pencil (so tiny you might want to bring your own writing instrument), and a logbook.
