The cache name is a comment all surveyors have heard at some time while working.
In my land surveying career we didn't have two way radios until the early 1990s. The method indicated in the above graphic is used for some communication. It would usually indicate how far to move in a given direction. I was disappointed to not find useful info about this subject on the internet, however it shouldn't be difficult to figure out.
The cache is within 2 miles of the given coords and is located in a park next to a busy boulevard. The cache is not accessible from this busy road. There is no parking on it, a chain link fence is in the way, and traffic moves fast. Your access to the park is made from the street whose name means "Dry Gully". There is a parking area close by in the park. The cache is a cammo'd one quart rubbermaid container. Please don't walk over any plants/flowers as there are openings which will take you to where you should be. Checksum=61
