Geocache Description:


Cache is a small ammo box containing a FTF prize as well as the usual items for trade. The Duhamel Historical Society gave us permission to place this cache here, but asked that visitors park in front of the building and walk to the cache. This school is located near Duhamel, and was known as the New Berlin S.D. 578 from 1902-1918 then became the Verdun School from 1918-1952. The Historical Society started restoration in 1999 and is an ongoing project. The building is open to the public year round. Please sign the guest book inside and indicate that you are a geocacher.
