The co-ords above do not lead to the cache itself but to an historic house where she lived which will help in identifying who the painter is.
Or maybe the easier option is to google?
The cache is located at the following co-ords. Just fill in the blanks.

Born in 18B9-194C, she showed early talent attending the Dunedin School of Art & Design and winning the NZ Academy of Fine Arts Prize for painting in 1895.
Her first trip to England and Europe was in 190A and in 190E the first of her watercolours was accepted at the Royal Academy - the first time a New Zealander achieved this distinction.
Shortly after her death a New Zealand city declined the gift of her painting 'Pleasure Garden' considering it unworthy of hanging. How many letters in that city's name (DF)?
The 'Pleasure Garden' painting can be seen in the photo gallery (come on whats wrong with it! just goes to show how conservative we were back then) and also 'Mother and Child' one of NZ's favorites.
The cache is located near a landmark building, named after her, which has mega views.
