The "Tour de Katrine" will take you to 2 popular recreational areas within the small community of Katrine. The coordinates above will take you to the parking lot of location #1.
Exit Highway 11 at Doe Lake Rd.
Location #1: If you are doing this location in the summer months, it is an excellent place to cool off... bring your bathing suit. While you are here, you will be required to do a little tour of the grounds to answer some questions in order to find the coordinates of location #2 and the combination of a lock.
Location #2: This is another activity area of the community. A couple final questions will need answered here. Stealth may be required when you locate the cache, as it is usually a busy place on the weekends year 'round. If lucky, you may be able to watch a baseball game or listen to some live country music.
This is a small cache so smaller trade items are required. It shouldn't take more than about 30 minutes to get all the answers and travel to location #2 and the cache. When placed, the cache contained: a log book, pencil & sharpener, set of crayons, LCD clock, pinball game and a pair of pliers.
