the cache is on a helicopter landing pad along the KST koolau summit trail about 1 mile from the laie summit. getting to the heli pad is pretty muddy. depending how you get there is up to you i usually hike the laie summit trail turn twards kaneohe about 45 min then you will see the helipad one of my favorite places on oahu! the trail is a little over grown but easy to see the trail me and my brother cleand some of the heavely overgrown areas but long pants are recomended possibly rain ware good luck! if you choose to go laie summittrail way (YOU NEED TO GET PERMISSION FROM HAWAII RESERVES INC phone: 293-9201)
