irtheweasel: The Fort Ord Re-use Authority (FORA)will be closing off access to areas previously open to the public on Fort Ord starting in October 2007. They are going to be doing a clean-up of the lands in preparation for final title transfer of the property to new agencies. This action has facilitated that I close.
