the kernels: This one was in need of some serious repairs. In fact, the last few finders didn't even truly find the cache container. It was there but difficult to retrieve.

I obtained permission from the nearby business to put this one out.
I highly recommend them, it is where I go for my haircuts. If you
feel you must, they said it is alright to ask them for a hint.
No puzzle on this one, just a regular cache. There are a couple of
things at the location as well as on this page that should help you
figure it out if you notice them, although you may not need them as
I have found it is hard to fool some of you.
Cache is NOT in any of the electrical boxes on the pole, no need
to get shocked.
