May have to take the long way!
I found some blue flowers while locating the cache, therefore, that is the source of the cache's name.
The container is a 1/2 gallon water cooler covered in waterproofed camoflage cloth.
Be very careful at the cache site, as there are rocks and slippery areas. You do not have to cross the wire fence just above the cache.
Please place the cache back in the same spot and rehide well.
Looks like the FortisBC powerline stuff is finished. There are warnings painted on the rocks down by Greenwood Drive, but no official signs saying keep out. There are signs about No Motorized Vehicles.
I found RDOS's Parcel Maps (visit link) very handy in placing the cache. Good aerial photographs of the regional district, including Penticton.
