This is the first in a series of caches highlighting the Hub City Connector, Spartanburg's local passage of the Palmetto Trail.

This section is a newly paved bike and walking path.
It is fully handicapped-accessable.
There is no need to leave the pavement at any time. The muggle activity can be high at times, with bikers, skaters, and walkers. This is a small cache with small trade items.
