The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates! If you go there, you'll end up at the Hotel Del across town.
We moved to Coronado when I was just a kid. Our house was the seventh house built on the same street where this cache is located. Dad paid $13,000 for our house in 1955. When he moved in 1990, it sold for $550,000. This same piece of property is now worth 2.1 million dollars. (Wish it were still it the family, but sad to say, it’s not.)
The cache is located in a place where I used to play as a kid. Steven and I, (my best buddy and fellow crime fighter), would spy on our neighbors from this spot between the wooden and wired fences, especially at night when it was dark and spooky. The cache itself is just a few feet away from where our path to fight crime started. Now it’s overgrown with all kinds of growth, but back then it was our secret place.
To find the cache, you must solve this addition problem. There are ten letters and each represents a number from 0 to 9. Find which letter goes with what number and place in corresponding slot. There is only one correct solution.
There is no need to bushwack or disturb the plants or bushes.
