Oil Hills of Stoney Creek, New Brunswick, Canada. Hunting season of 1981...bark missing on a tree
This is third out of 4 in a series. The following is what a witness stated about the area. I tried to find the exact location of the encounter and this is the best I could do with the information provided.
Cache is a medium sized container with traders, logbook, pencil and sharpener.

The Legend of the this location took place in the mid to late 80's where a worker from the oil fields was making some adjustments on the valves that contained oil.
As it appoached sundown, he heard a sound like "Eeeeeeeek". Shortly there after he spotted a creature 7 feet tall and walked like a human but was furry and had a pinkish face.
If you hear this sound, I would run.

For years a mysterious creature known in Canada as Sasquatch, has roamed the forests of British Columbia. Though this creature has been sighted by hundreds of people, no physical evidence of the creature has been found except for footprints. Some call the Sasquatch a monster; to others it is a missing link in human evolution or even an alien creature. John Bindernagle, author of “Sasquatch – North America’s Great Ape”, has come up with a new theory that the creature is simply an unclassified mammal. John is no casual investigator but a highly educated and skilled wildlife biologist with experience in North America, Africa and Asia. He presents compelling evidence including sightings, drawings from witnesses as well as the alleged footprint casts. Bindernagle’s hypotheses promises to shed new light on this highly controversial subject.
