Yes I am late getting this one out but I was on vacation and I have now placed the cache out for you to fine for you second smiley if you were at the event, or your first if you were not there. If you are in the right spot it might be a drive up but if not you will have to walk. This should be a easy find but watch for the wires above to run you around a bit. I dropped a travel bug and a coin in the cache so help them out on their missions.
