Located just off the nature trail at the Jamestown Resort & Marina
This cache is an ammo box. Just before you go down the hill to the Marina, you will see a tennis court and a small playground to your right. There is a parking lot to your left. To the right of the tennis court is where the trail begins. The very first part of the trail is slightly washed out. Follow the trail which runs paralell to the road until you get to a tree that has fallen across the trail. Go around or over the tree. A little farther down the trail and you are getting close. Cache will be a short walk off the trail on the lake side.
This cache contains several trade items which consist of a Russell County map, an apple scented candle, several items for the kids, and a log book.
After finding the cache, don't forget to drive down and check out the marina where you will find a hotel, houseboat and pontoon rentals, as well as a floating store. you can also enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Cumberland. A great place to vacation.
