A nice walkway along the Maitai River
A nice walkway along the Maitai River, we parked at Brandford Park co-ordinates S41º 16.539 E173º 18.387 then walk up to the bridge co-ordinates S41º 16.484 E173º 18.619 were we turned right and followed the river, it will give you a leisurely 7km walk alongside the golf coarse, the cache is a camo 2lt plastic screw top container, with the usual assortment of kids stuff. with a ball point pen, pencil, sharpener and log book. Beware of the barbed wire at the cache.
