Parking for this cache can be found near these coordinates: N44 29.420, W073 11.271 You will need to park on the street as the adjacent lot is private.
Stage one is a small micro, located on the lower level. It is not up top anywhere near the cleanout machine. No rock climbing or repelling is necessary for this cache.
