The above co-ordinates are bogus.
Solving the puzzle below will tell you the way to go.
You are looking for 10 letters that spell a word or words that indicate the general location of the cache.
1st letter: “Man’s capacity for justice makes democracy possible, but man’s inclination to injustice makes democracy necessary.”
2nd letter: “Man is the only creature that consumes without producing.”
3rd letter: “For men may come and men may go, But I go on forever.”

Using the word/s revealed by the puzzle and assigning a value to each letter according to a telephone keypad (i.e. ABC=2, DEF=3 etc.), you can now work out the cache co-ordinates using the following formula:

b = 10th letter
c = 3rd letter + 2nd letter
d = 1st letter – 6th letter
e = 4th letter – 7th letter
f = 10th letter – 4th letter

k = 6th letter
There is a designated parking area for a few cars. The walk to the cache can be quite muddy in places and GPS reception can be poor so we’ve raised the difficulty rating to reflect this obstacle! The cache is just off the path – a very small metal tube approx. 6cm x 2cm, containing just a small log sheet and pencil - no room for trackables or swaps. It should take you less than half an hour to walk to the cache but there’s plenty of opportunity to explore further if you wish.
