Geocache Description:

Part of a series of caches dedicated to Calgary Area Cachers.

A series of small caches designed to take you to nearby Calgary Area Cachers home coordinates (but not so close to give away where they live). Each cache is dedicated to a prominent cacher. The goal is that each cacher can grab the first to find on his/her cache, but friendly rivalry could lead to one cacher stealing an FTF right from another cacher's doorstep - literally! There are 15 caches hidden in this series that will lead you to a final cache. In small camoflauged lock n lock, there is a small logbook, pencil, magnetic keyholder (future micro - but if you take it and hide another lame micro we will delete your log!), a car, and a rock. Most importantly, on the front page of the logbook and on the inside of the lid, there is a single number. Once you have collected all 15 numbers, you'll have to put them in the correct order to get the final coordinates for GCWCNR. This cache is in the community of Softheads (more commonly known as Okotoks). Finding Softheads was interesting. First we grabbed his real name from an email he sent us and found his address in the phonebook. But the resolution in Google Earth would not pinpoint Softheads. Using the "Furthest Caches Found" on his profile, we measured back to Okotoks and found where Softheads resides. We then placed a cache nearby. Shouldn't be too difficult to find, GPSr accuracy was an amazing 5 meters (hey it's an eTrex Legend), so coords should be dead on.
