This is a Geocaching event for Geocachers is to help The Federation celebrate their 25th Wedding Anniv. in typical NEFGA style.
On Sunday July 9th The Federation will be celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary with our best friends the cachers we have grown to love since we started caching. We are asking anyone who would like to come and share a Bar-b-Que dinner with us to come to the posted coords at 4:oopm to share in the fun and activities. The Fed will be providing the topic of conversation or the brunt of the jokes as usual. We have reserved 1/2 of restraunt to accomodate you all.To help with the celebration their will be 25 new caches placed in Palatka and the surrounding area which can be hunted during the day before the event or after. These caches will be released on Friday or Saturday. We would like to invite any all cachers please help us make this an anniversary to remember. Please let us know in advance of your intention to come so we can let the restraunt know approxiametely how many people to expect.

Here is a game to play while you are finding the “24 Anniversary” Caches by The Federation.
All you have to do is to match something from each of the caches you find with an anniversary gift on the list. To do this, compile a list of the cache name and anniversary gift associated with that location. Some will be easy, some will be hard, some will be posted in the cache itself. After completing your list, turn it in at the 25th Anniversary Event for your chance at a door prize drawing.
These caches are dedicated to all of our friends who have helped to make our 25 years of marriage a most memorable time. As with this cache so is marriage and what it takes to make it happen. There is a lot of give and take and a lot of learning along the way. Each new day is a new experience. Each experience something to learn and grown on. So has our time in caching been to us. Each cache has brought a new challenge, each event a new friend. Our hope and desire is to continue our journey with our many caching friends as we look forward to another 25 years together.
