I've placed this cache on The wedding day of two cachers that have done so much for this area and beyond. So I named the cache "Congratulations" to honor Nick and Wendy aka Filler & bcat. I wish you two the best with a long happy marriage ahead.

If the location looks familiar to anyone, It's because I've hijacked the archived "Victoria's Riverwalk" site. FTF will get a congratulatory note on the cache page.
