Approximately 100 feet from parking lot
This cache is named "NEWT" cache because it was created by my 4 childred, Natalie age 10, Emily age 9, Wesley age 8 & Taylor age 7, hence NEWT which is the first letter of each of their names in order. The items placed inside were things they put in there, (mostly by Taylor).
This is located in Cahaba Lilly Park in Helena, Alabama. Bring the kids and make a day of it! There are picnic tables under pavalions, a walking trail and a nice playground for the kids to play.
The GPS was bouncing around considerably inder the tree canopy, but if you park in the corner of the lot and look at the woods in the direction your GPS is pointing and walk back approx 100 feet and bear right about 15 feet you will be rewarded with a cache find.
