Park at the lot near 151st and Harlem. Take the dirt trail behind the lot north and enter the grassland from the rear by following the tree line, go west a bit and enter near the patch of birch. No real trail into the field just deer paths, so wear long pants to prevent thorn bites and tick kisses. Please make sure the lid is on tight so the O-ring can keep the rain out.
I'm updating the archived suburban jungle for a third time. The original I placed a few years back but neglected, the second I went all out on with a cool new ammo box, but it got muggled. I hope the third time is a charm. I wanted to keep coming back to this area because I grew up out here exploring the woods with my buddies, building forts and fire pits, and as teens, well, having a few brews at night. But we cleaned up our cans, not like some of these punk kids today. But anyway, it's a nice hike, in a nice area, and there's many other caches close as well, happy caching.
