Juneau Penny Cache Traditional Cache
akvoyager: I am going to archive this cache. It appears as if the area where it was located is under going some construction and is all fenced in. I will try to find another place to hide another penny cache in the future which is convenient for our out of town visitors.

This is a theme cache where it wants to get the oldest penny from the US and Canada. It is located close to the cruise ship terminal and is a very easy find. But be careful reaching for it because it dosen't want to leave its hiding place and it might get away from you.
Here is how the cache works: First there is a penny from each country, the US and Canada. The one from the US is a 2006 and the Canadian is a 2005. Now you want to add/trade the next older penny you have for the oldest one from that country in the cache. Example: if the oldest penny in the cache is a 2001 you would most like to replace it with a 2000. But if you didn't have one then the next oldest penny you have would work also.
If you add/trade a penny, please log it as to the date & country so future cachers will have an idea what year to bring with them.
The GPSr signal was spotty where the cache is located even though there was clear sky around.
