Geocache Description:

Cache is located between Ken Windl park and the City of Franklin Bike and Hiking Trail. There is a parking lot and street parking nearby.

The area can be a bit wet after periods of rain.

The Ken Windl Park was previously North Cape Park. Recently it was renamed for Ken, a former city employee, who was know to be friendly to everyone.
