A Spore from Viper, on a Civil War trail in Virginia
This cache is a delayed germination from "Viper's A Fungi", GCR98N, retrieved by memnosine. It's located just off a graveled trail which explores a little known battlefield -White Oak Road- of the War Between The States. The spore was originally placed in Kansas, at the site of one of the Army's Atomic Artillary, symbolicaly protecting an entrance to Fort Riley. Alas, it was too far from memnosine's home and thus was rejected by the Kansas Cache Authorities (Sob!) and is now in Virginia.
A trail parking is located around the corner.
