Located near the Haines museum, which is housed in the old school gymnasium. There are lots of great exhibits of old tools and other historic artifacts. You are looking for a small camoed container.
The museum is open every day except Tuesday 9AM to 4:30PM from May 15 - September 15. The cache is accessible even when the museum is not open. It is now under cover, so should be accessible in winter too.
