Darkmoon: Because of all the transients that have been using this area as a haven from the weather, I am archieving this cache and will be changing it up to a more unique and challanging hide. I will then relist it as a new cache. Sorry for the inconveinec but the street people have spoken on this. Thanks to all who has visited this cache and keep your eyes open for a new cache here.

Vortex Abstinence

Something went awry that faithful day back in 1956 when they ( a top secret branch of the yet named Department Of Energy) were doing some Vortex Warp field distortion trials for the government. No one would have ever suspected anything like those experiments in some farmers field in the middle of Oklahoma, so much easier to keep it a secret from the cold war followers. They just didn't know what to expect and when the field shifted into an unknown spectrum, something was released and the door was open to a place that was filled with monstrosities and abnormalities. They had found the way in and now our scientest were trying to find the way to shut the door. They finally was able to pull the plug before many crossed over and it still believed that those entities are still around today, in a kind of quantuum field stasis, waiting and hoping for the experiments to begin. So they may begin to feed. Be careful here my fellow adventurers as the stasis field generator shed number 2 is still here and locked for good reasoning. DO NOT DISTURB! There is also the entrance pit to the top secret lab that is partially covered and filled so beware of your footing. This is an evil place as it sinks into your bones and washes across your skin what was done here in the past!

Me and Spearfox was out on an exploring run today when we came across this wicked area and it just seemed perfect for my 100th cache hide. You are looking for an ammo drycase, a case that is a lot bigger than a 50 caliber ammo box, filled with all sorts of wonderment and jewels. Be warned though, that there is Poison Ivy and evil poison dripping vines of entanglement around, but once thru the entrance area, you will be free of it. There are perils and some adventurous caching skills will be needed. This is to test not only your mental caching ability but your physical too. Be careful and know your own limit. And please put it back where you found it! And whatever you do, don't listen to the voices in your head...thy are not yours!
