This is along Sioux City's riverfront. This location is a memorial to those who once inhabited the area known as the South Bottoms. They were usually recent immigrants working mostly undesirable jobs while they got on their feet in their new country.
Take time to read the interesting history of this area. You're looking for a magnetic blinkie with just a strip of rolled up paper for a log. Bring your own pen. You could park in an adjacent parking lot just west of the cache site.
