A "grab and go" cache celebrating the completion of the first section of the Iron Horse Trail in Pleasanton.
On March 1st, 2006, the City of Pleasanton and the East Bay Regional Park District held a groundbreaking ceremony at Valley Avenue and Busch Road signaling the start of construction on the Iron Horse Trail in Pleasanton.
This cache celebrates the completion of the first section of this great suburban trail which now stretches from Busch Road to Santa Rita Road.
The cache is a small cammo'd container about 3 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. It holds a log sheet and some small trade items.
If you are not riding or walking on the trail, you can park nearby.
