Geocache Description:

I had to put a cache in the town I taught HS Science in for 40 years (now retired - a major part of my life). Ashley is a small town about 1 mile north off M-57, and the people here have big hearts. Small (8 ounce), black ointment jar will be more difficult to find with snow cover.

This small cache has been moved to a new location in the village of Ashley---near the public works building.

I have the village's permission to place this cache here, and all city employees, one of whom is a geocacher, are aware of this hide. There is no need to be shy about searching for it.

Feel free to park at the village public works building........this will leave less that 100 feet of walking......pretty close to a park and grab.

It is the only cache in Ashley at this time.

Please leave something of equal value if you take something (real small stuff), and rehide it well.
