A small cache placed near (but not under) the Charlie H. Smith Community Center in Bellhaven at the public Beach Access.
Bellhaven means "beautiful harbor' and it is a lovely place to be. This small park has beach access and playground Carlina Dreamer has agreed to watch the BellHaven Caches with me. (This cache also fills in page 67 for the Delorme challenge)equipment, so bring the bathing suits and the kids.

ADDENDUM ADDED 7/26/06: PARK HOURS: Apparently some cachers have come to this area only to find it closed. According to te Belhaven Community Chamber of Commerce, the park is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and on Sundays from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. My apologies to anyone who came by earlier who did not have this knowledge.
