Geocache Description:

As the name implies, Mail Room has returned with a new address (location).

The cache is an a light commercial/industrial area surrounded by residential buildings. It is close to a triangular piece of land that has not been used for over twenty years as anything but a makeshift park, a place where teenagers sometimes hang out. There is development to the south of the cache, but it is slow moving and the developer is not sure what he is going to do with the land. The residents have not liked the plans he has submitted to the City Council so far. This parcel is the largest undeveloped piece of land inside the city limits.
